Hi, I'm Mollie.
I'm so glad you're here.

I became a physician assistant because I wanted to be with people during the moments that matter most. For 18 years, that meant the emergency department, a place where I learned to think fast, stay calm, and pour everything I had into the person in front of me. I am deeply grateful for those years. They made me the clinician I am today.

But somewhere along the way, I found myself drawn to something different. Not away from caring for people but toward a new way of doing it. I wanted to slow down. To sit with someone, really listen, and focus not just on what was wrong, but on how they wanted to feel.

That's what led me to open my first aesthetics practice in 2020. And what I discovered surprised me: this work, at its best, is some of the most meaningful care I've ever provided. When someone walks in feeling invisible, worn down by stress, or time, or simply life and they leave feeling like themselves again... that matters. Deeply.

Inside Out Medical Aesthetics & Wellness was built on a belief I hold close: that beauty and wellness are not separate things. That feeling good in your skin and feeling good in your life are connected. You deserve a provider who sees all of that and who treats you as a whole person, not a set of concerns to address.

Every treatment plan I build is personal, because every person is. My ER background means I approach your safety with the same vigilance I brought to the emergency department and my heart means I bring warmth, honesty, and genuine care to every single visit. You will never feel rushed here. You will never feel pressured. You will always feel heard.

I started this practice because I love connecting with people. Because I believe that being cared for truly cared for is something everyone deserves. And because after 21 years in medicine, helping people feel beautiful, well, and loved is still the greatest privilege I know.
