Medical Weight Loss

Weight loss that works
with your biology

GLP-1 receptor agonists like semaglutide and tirzepatide represent a genuine shift in what's possible for medically supervised weight loss, not through willpower alone, but by working with the hormones that regulate hunger, fullness, and how your body stores fat.

Medically supervised Pharmacy-sourced medication customized dosing

Not a diet. A different approach entirely.

GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonists mimic a hormone your body naturally produces after eating. That hormone signals your brain that you're full, slows gastric emptying so food moves through your system more gradually, and reduces the intensity of food cravings particularly for high-calorie, high-reward foods.

The result is a meaningful reduction in appetite and caloric intake that feels more sustainable than traditional dieting. You're not white-knuckling through hunger, your body's signals are simply recalibrated. Combined with provider guidance on nutrition, movement, and lifestyle, this creates the conditions for real, lasting change.

"The goal isn't a number on a scale. It's a body that feels like yours again with energy, confidence, and health to match."

Semaglutide & Tirzepatide; what's the difference?

Both are injectable medications administered once weekly. Your provider will recommend one based on your health history, goals, and how your body responds over time.

Supervised, sourced, and supported at every step.

Medical weight loss works best when it's truly medical. Here's what that looks like in our practice.

Licensed provider oversight

Every patient is evaluated and monitored by a licensed medical provider not an algorithm. Your care is personal, clinical, and ongoing.

Pharmacy-sourced medication

We source all compounded medications through licensed, accredited pharmacies with rigorous quality standards. No unverified suppliers, no shortcuts.

Customized dosing

Dosing is not one-size-fits-all. We titrate slowly and intentionally based on your tolerance, response, and goals minimizing side effects and maximizing results.

Ongoing guidance

Regular check-ins, nutrition and lifestyle support, and open access to your provider team keep you informed and on track throughout your program.

What to expect, start to finish.

Initial consultation & health assessment

We review your health history, current medications, metabolic markers, and weight loss goals. This visit determines candidacy, guides medication selection, and establishes your starting dose.

Medication & injection training

Your medication is prescribed and sourced from our trusted compounding pharmacy. We walk you through self-injection technique and most patients find it straightforward within the first week.

Dose titration over time

We start at a low dose and increase gradually on a schedule designed around your body's response. This slow titration is key to minimizing nausea and other GI side effects that can occur when doses are escalated too quickly.

Regular provider check-ins

Scheduled follow-ups allow us to track your progress, adjust dosing as needed, address any side effects, and provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance to support your results.

Maintenance & long-term planning

When you reach your goal, we work with you on a maintenance strategy because sustainable weight management is about more than reaching a number. We help you build the habits and, if appropriate, the ongoing support to keep it.

This isn't a subscription kit. It's a medical program.

Real clinical evaluation

Candidacy is assessed by a provider, not a self-reported questionnaire. Contraindications are reviewed.

Medication integrity

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide sourced only from licensed, accredited pharmacies — never unverified online sources.

Tracked progress

We monitor your response to treatment over time and adjust accordingly, this is active clinical management, not set-and-forget.

Safety first

Side effects are managed proactively. If something isn't right, you have a provider to call not a chatbot or an FAQ page.

Who may be a candidate

GLP-1 medications are generally appropriate for adults with a BMI of 27 or higher with at least one weight-related health condition (such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, or high cholesterol), or a BMI of 30 or higher regardless of other conditions. A provider consultation is required to confirm candidacy.

Who should wait or reconsider

These medications are not appropriate for everyone. Individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2 syndrome, a history of pancreatitis, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not use GLP-1 agonists. Your provider will review your full history before prescribing.

How quickly will I see results?

Most patients notice reduced appetite within the first 1–2 weeks. Meaningful weight loss, typically 2–4 lbs per month at starting doses becomes apparent within the first 4–8 weeks. Results accelerate as doses are titrated upward over the first 3–6 months.

What are the most common side effects?

Nausea, mild digestive changes, and reduced appetite are the most frequently reported effects particularly during dose increases. These typically resolve within a few days. Our slow titration protocol is specifically designed to minimize these effects, and your provider can guide you through them if they occur.

Is the medication compounded or brand-name?

We use compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide sourced from licensed, accredited compounding pharmacies. Compounded formulations allow for flexible dosing and are significantly more accessible in cost than brand-name alternatives. All medication is sourced to rigorous quality standards.

Do I have to change my diet or exercise?

The medication works best when supported by healthy habits and for most patients, it becomes significantly easier to make those changes because hunger and cravings are reduced. We provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance throughout your program, but we meet you where you are.

What happens if I stop taking the medication?

Appetite typically returns as the medication leaves your system. This is why we emphasize building sustainable habits during your program. For some patients, long-term maintenance on a lower dose is part of the plan. We'll discuss this openly as part of your ongoing care.

What does it cost?

Program pricing varies based on medication selection, dose, and program length. GLP-1 medications are generally not covered by insurance for weight loss. Contact us for current pricing we'll walk you through everything before you commit to anything.
